How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Patrickalarm Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Patrickalarm Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Patrickalarm Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email us at contact@patrickalarm.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If you are not satisfied with our reply, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
